Our pre-employment screening process includes reference checks and a thorough criminal background check. We are also licensed with the State of Illinois as well as, - bonded and insured. All our Caregivers go through pre-service three days training. After we meet with you and performing an in-depth assessment in the home, we review unique qualifications of our caregivers and choose a person specifically matched up for our clients and their families.
